The 2024 Quiz Olympiad had 12 Specialist Subject quizzes - 6 x High Brow (HB) and 6 x Populist (P). Players could only take part in a maximum of 6 subjects.

The quizzes are in two halves, each of 25 questions.

This quiz includes charts-based pop music from 1950 onwards, performers, writers, producers, albums, record labels, recording studios, instruments, historic venues, concerts and festivals. Includes African and Asian pop but not jazz or stage musicals.
